No, not at all. But I do suggest though that you do a little research about the colour palettes that would suit the event - it could be brand colours, or venue related. Even one or two inspiration photos can point us all in the right direction.

You don’t need to have thought through every detail though. I'm always happy to provide suggestions and options.

I have a range of items available for hire – vases, stands, plinths, backdrops, signage frames and glass candle cylinders. 

Alternatively I can work with whatever you have, or you can buy vases
 through me so your guests or staff can take the flowers + vase home afterwards.

Of course. We already regularly cover a lot of ground around Melbourne and Victoria plus we love working at new venues. When quoting we take into account the location, travel time, venue access requirements, how many staff are needed, and the time we need to be onsite for set up and/or pack down. As long as we can make the logistics work, we will go above and beyond to deliver.

Ideally it's best to get in touch as soon as you know your event date and have a confirmed booking with your venue. However we know that events and flower needs can pop up at anytime so please always feel free to get in touch any time to check availability.

Of course!  Depending on the distance we may need to charge a small fee but site visits are always recommended to get the most of your flower experience - we can get a lot more creative when we know what we're working with and it reduces any unknown risks/costs.

No not at all. If you have any preferred flowers (or disliked flowers!) just let us know, but otherwise I recommend planning around a colour palette rather than particular types of flowers. That way you won't get let down if a particular type of flower is unavailable for your event. 
We always try to avoid known allergy-prone flowers too unless specifically requested.

Things happen, we get it. Our policy for cancelling a corporate event will also be set out in the contract you sign with us upon booking (electronically of course, to keep it easy). If you cancel your corporate event:

1. more than 1 month before the event date, you forfeit the Booking Fee only;

2. within 1 month of the event date, you forfeit the full package price (being the 10% Booking Fee and the 90% balance). In this case you are entitled to any flowers that have been fully paid for and received by us.
