Flowers are an investment in your special day that you won't regret. They set the scene with scents, beauty and magical experiences for your guests, plus they are captured forever in your photos.
But you already know that, because otherwise you wouldn't be visiting me here! Your level of investments depends on how much involvement (a.k.a relaxation) you want for yourself and guests on your day.
Do you want to soak up and be fully immersed in your entire wedding day experience? Do you want your guests to be bustling around with jobs before, during and after your wedding day? There's no correct answer, it's different for everyone - that's why I've developed 3 different pricing tiers... all depending on how much involvement (a.k.a. relaxation) you and your friends/family will have on your special day.

You don’t need to know anything about flowers to have epic wedding flowers. You don’t even need to choose a particular “style”. All you need to do is choose a colour palette and I’ll do the rest.
I love working with fresh seasonal flowers and foliage - you can't beat the scents and emotions they evoke. I now actively avoid preserved flowers -they are harmful for florists + the environment. Plus I’m paranoid that a bright coloured dye will run onto a white wedding dress!
I'm an advocate for sticking to fewer but bigger impact pieces. Plus moving and reusing pieces where possible (florists calls it 'repurposing').
Don’t stress and enjoy the day! My team and I have all the details covered and will be delivering flowers and on-site managing the setup.
Your Wedding Day
Two months prior to your day we’ll reconnect, to run through all the details, review any changes to logistics and finalise your designs.
Reconnect 2 months
This depends on your timeframe but it's usually split into 3 payments.
Booking + payments
I’ll then send you a draft quote with pricing options and recommendations to best suit your budget, priorities and venue. We then tinker and perfect it so you are completely comfortable and EXCITED.

We get to know each other either by a phone call or you can complete my online consult form. I'll learn about your romance, your flower vision and priorities for the big day.
Initial Consult
We are at the mercy of Mother Nature and airlines! Weather conditions have a significant impact on availability of locally grown flowers while international freight controls the availability of imported flowers. For example, local Peonies are traditionally only available for a few weeks in late November/December, but imported varieties are frequently available at other times. I’ve compiled a quick snapshot of my favourite blooms per season [linked here] so you can see if any take your fancy.

I have a range of items available – vases, ceremony arbors, stands, plinths, backdrops, signage frames and glass candle cylinders.
These are available for unlimited use as part of the Full Service package, or some items can be hired individually for additional cost as part of the Half Service Package.
If you hire them as part of the Half Service package, you will have to return them within 3 days of your wedding and a bond will apply.
You are more than welcome to supply your own vases, arbors, props etc. Or I recommend buying vases through me so your guests can take the flowers + vase home afterwards!
There is a lot of variability when it comes to wedding flower prices. Remember that you're paying for the experience, skill and style of your florist.
I've included the average spend of recent couples next to each package as a price guide.
A rule of thumb is to earmark 10-15% of your total wedding budget for flowers, but if you want florals to be a significant component of the experience for the day, I would recommend allocating closer to 25-30% of your total budget to flowers.
No, not at all. But I do suggest though that you do a little research about the colour palettes and designs you like – everyone’s tastes are different and there are hundreds of options when it comes to wedding flower design. Even one or two inspiration photos can point us all in the right direction.
You don’t need to have thought through every detail though. I've designed so many weddings and know my local venues incredibly well. I'm always happy to provide suggestions and options.
Do I need to know anything about flowers?
I live interstate / overseas. Is that a problem?
Will you deliver my flowers on the day?
Is there a minimum budget or spend?
Where are you located?
I currently live in Melbourne but head to our home in Cowes, Phillip Island regularly. We have moved back and forth between the city and island for years but for the meantime we are located in Bayside Melbourne. I have a home based studio which moves with me. This means I don’t have shop front and I don’t do daily bouquets or deliveries. I can focus on your weddings & events… and my family! #winwin
I coordinate flowers for couples getting married all over Phillip Island, Bass Coast, as well as in Gippsland and Melbourne VIC.

I've moved away from strict minimum spends and am allowing some flex with wedding flower budgets.
I've found that the average spend for the Full Service Option is approximately $6,000 + GST. The average spend for the Half Service Option is $4,000 plus GST. The average spend for the Pick Up option is approximately $1,750 + GST.
For other non-wedding events please contact me.

This depends on which package you have. I deliver all flowers for the Full Service and Half Service options (and I try to deliver all of your flowers personally!). But with the Pick Up option, you collect your flowers from my Bayside Melbourne studio.
I’ll coordinate all times and locations with you during the planning process.

What flowers are available and when?
No, not at all. I'm open to phone calls but can easily do all of our communications online if needed – I'm happy to juggle timezones if you're overseas.
No not at all. If you have any favourite flowers (or hated flowers!) just let me know, but otherwise I recommend planning around a colour palette rather than particular types of flowers. That way you won't get let down if a particular type of flower is unavailable for your event - because remember, all flowers are subject to the weather gods!
Don't know what flowers to choose, or what flowers you even need at your wedding? You're not alone. Most couples feel this way. It can be very overwhelming planning a wedding or event!
Florals are an investment in your special day that you won't regret. They will forever look amazing in your photos and can even be all the decorations you need. After comments on a bride's beautiful dress (and any cute flower kids), its usually the flowers that create all the attention.
I am here to be your #flowerguru. I'll help you choose exactly what you need (and guide you away from what you don't).
Plus be the first to know about what's new, special offers, blog posts and get the odd floral tip!
